Experience
For more than 20 years, Plante has assisted organizations across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors as principal consultant and owner of Sylvie Plante Enterprise Channeling Inc., as a change management consultant with global consulting firms such as Accenture and as a Canadian federal government employee. She has collaborated with client teams to design and implement effective workforce and workplace strategies that support organizational development, effectiveness and wellbeing. As a scholar-practitioner, Plante is client-focused, facilitating design thinking workshops with Spring2Innovation, delivering Strategic HRM projects with Business Sherpa Group and Leadership Development programs with Telfer School of Management in Ottawa.
She is a Certified Professional Facilitator and has a Certificate in Human Resources Management from McGill University.
