Raaj Chandran is a strategic communication management and public relations professional with two decades of communication, public relations, advertising and marketing experience in Canada, the United States and Singapore with exposure to 17 countries across Europe, Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Environmental preservation, affordable and well-rounded education, human rights, compassion to animals, ethical and vibrant work cultures and intercultural harmony are some of the causes close to his heart.

Experience

Chandran has worked in for-profit, non-profit and employee-owned organizations in policy reform, environmental engineering, luxury retail and natural resources. He has served as regional communication leader for Asia and Europe for an environmental engineering firm, director of communication for a national American non-profit in Washington D.C. and corporate communications manager for an American luxury retail icon in the Middle East. He has taught at the National University of Singapore and Purdue University in the U.S. Presently, he has embarked on an entrepreneurial journey with his startup consulting business, Verafluenti Inc.
