Bio (Paul Kurucz)
Paul Kurucz’s focus is entrepreneurship, managing and leading in the diverse global workplace and higher education settings. His academic writing includes some 30 case studies designed for global business students and a book about teaching international students.
Kurucz runs two international online businesses, produces media for workplace training of diverse new employees, provides workplace transition consulting and training and teaches in the Master of Business Administration program. Earlier in his career, Kurucz taught for six years in the United Arab Emirates, headed a computer training division and worked on Bay Street in Toronto in global bond trading and risk management.
Kurucz holds aMaster of Business Administration from the Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario (1991) and a Bachelor of Arts in Administration and Commercial Studies from the University of Western Ontario (1987). He received the 2004 Exemplary Leader Award from the Chair Academy.
