Bio (Natasha Richardson)

Natasha Richardson's unique leadership style with a core philosophy of developing teams and deconstructing dysfunction, politics and confusion within the businesses she leads has proven extremely successful. Richardson's core area of interest is organization health as she believes that organization health will one day surpass all other disciplines in business as the greatest opportunity for improvement and competitive advantage. Richardson has a strong background in marketing, revenue management and human resources. She lives in the Comox Valley with her two children and partner.
Richardson is currently the general manager of Brentwood Bay Resort and Spa, which received Condé Nast Traveler's 2013 Readers' Choice Awards as one of the Top 10 Resorts in Canada. Previously, as general manager of the Kingfisher Oceanside Resort and Spa, Richardson lead her team to win Business of the Year, 2013 from the Tourism Industry Association of Canada.
Richardson holds an MA in Tourism Management from Royal Roads University, a Bachelor of Commerce from Athabasca University and obtained Revenue Management Certification from Cornell University. Richardson is also a certified facilitator of WoldHost® and True Colours®.
