Bio (Nancy Mudford)
Nancy Mudford is an entrepreneur and has built three businesses from brick and mortar to e-commerce since 2003. She has been a mentor with the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs and involved with the Venture Program at BCIT. Mudford loves to travel, discover new cultures and gain insight into how other entrepreneurs operate in other countries.
She has facilitated workshops, delivered short courses on e-commerce and entrepreneurism, and spoken in front of many audiences on the subject. Entrepreneurism is second nature to Mudford; Mudford has experienced successes and failures with her businesses and can draw from these experiences when exploring theory and research on entrepreneurism.
Mudford holds a Master of Business Administration in Executive Management from Royal Roads University (2012). She also holds a Marketing Management Diploma from BCIT (1996) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from McGill University (1990).
