Bio (Michelle Clement)
Michelle Clément’s research interest and experience lies within sustainability, marketing and consumer behaviour. She has sat on numerous committees within the community and the post-secondary environment. She works full time teaching marketing courses in Victoria. Her interests are varied from hiking and yoga to guitars and watching movies with her two children. She loves the outdoors and spends as much time as possible exploring nature.
Prior to Royal Roads, Clément worked in sales and marketing for 15 years with Procter and Gamble. She also has several years experience working with non-profit associations developing marketing and communication strategies. Clément has been teaching business courses in post-secondary institutions for almost 14 years. She is an advisor for the OMP projects with the School of Business and enjoys the individual reports.
Clément has a Bachelor of Arts and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Victoria as well as a Post-Secondary Instructor Diploma. She is currently a Doctoral Candidate in Education from the University of Liverpool with a research focus in social entrepreneurship and sustainability.
