Business

Megan Parrish brings practical application and industry experience to her teaching. Her capacity for management and strategy has served her well in her career as an accountant, with work spanning the real estate and construction industry, health care and private investment management.

With her background in political science, Parrish developed a keen sense of international connectivity and societal pressures. It was from the passion and engagement of a university professor that turned her interest to accounting. It is that same passion that she hopes to inspire students with today.

Parrish holds a Chartered Professional Accountant designation and Certified Management Accountant certification (2012) from the Chartered Professional Accountants of BC.

Experience

Parrish has held senior level accounting and financial management positions since 2008 and is a licensed real estate agent with the Victoria Real Estate Board.
