Bio (Lois Fearon)
Lois Fearon is the director of the School of Business. With more than 20 years of marketing experience she has worked with major banks and pharmaceutical companies. She has sat on numerous marketing committees, has conducted sales training assessments, delivered sales training programs and has worked in the field in various capacities.An accomplished triathlete, Fearon has competed in Ironman Canada, has qualified for the World Ironman Championships and has been a member of Canada’s National Age Group Triathlon team.
In addition to teaching, managing and developing courses and programs at Royal Roads, Fearon has taught at both the undergraduate and graduate level at the University of Victoria and Camosun College. She has also provided consulting services to government and private sector initiatives, and has been involved in the development and implementation of strategic marketing and business plans in the tourism industry and several business sectors.
Fearon holds a Bachelor of Recreation Administration from Dalhousie University and a Master’s of Science in Business Administration from the University of British Columbia. She has received a number of awards for marketing excellence.
