Bio (Lee Herrin)
Lee Herrin has worked in the public, private and non-profit sectors throughout his 15 year career. He also has more than 15 years’ experience serving on boards of community organizations. Herrin joined Royal Roads in the fall of 2012 in the Bachelor of Commerce Foundational Business Skills course.
Herrin worked for BC Stats, the provincial statistical agency, for 11 years and spent nine years leading the Surveys and Analysis (now Public Sector Research and Evaluation) unit. He left government in 2009 to become the executive director of the Fernwood Neighbourhood Resource Group Society, a neighbourhood-based organization with which he has been involved since 1998.
Herrin holds a Masters in environmental studies from York University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Victoria.
