Bio (Lane Sherman)
Lane Sherman is the team coach in the Faculty of Management. Using collaboration as a primary tool for creating healthy engaged well-led workplaces, Sherman strives to ensure that organizations are primed to meet their objectives. His passion for helping people and organizations transform and succeed has been at the center of his work. He is also a team mentor for the MBA program and has taught leadership and applied business challenge courses. His book on the subject of teams is due to be released in 2014.
Sherman is a seasoned process facilitator, trainer, coach, and business consultant that can lead change initiatives, support executives, train effective leaders and deliver results. During his time as a team coach at Royal Roads he has worked with more than 2,500 teams and has built expertise that is unique. He brings a diverse perspective that helps provide innovative ideas to advance the strategic vision of client organizations.
Sherman holds a MA in Leadership from Royal Roads University.
