Bio (Kim Moller)
Kim Moller has more than 25 years of experience working with a multitude of private and public sector organizations, multinational corporations as well as small and medium sized businesses. His areas of expertise are business strategy, strategic communications and organizational development, the integration of which has later been referred to in general as organizational branding. However, his broad experience reaches from strategy development and organizational alignment over customer relations, integrated marketing and communications to sales and distribution channel management, media planning and web intelligence. Moller is an active program committee member of Leadership Victoria’s nine-month Community Leadership Program.
Moller has executed business and marketing strategies, communications and customer relations management systems for organizations as diverse as Colgate Palmolive, Philips-Conoco, Nokia Systems, FIAT Automobiles, Royal Roads University, Helijet International, BC Shared Services Agency and The Ministry of Children and Family Development. He is adjunct faculty, organizational management advisor and strategic mentor with RRU, very involved with start-ups, and also associated with the School of Business at Camosun College where he instructs in Internet marketing.
Moller holds a MSc in marketing and strategic planning, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce degree specializing in organizational strategy and behaviour. He is also a Certified Executive Coach and currently pursuing Masters Certification with the International Coach Federation (ICF). He consults and coaches organizations, businesses and entrepreneurial individuals in business and marketing strategy, competitive advantage and organizational branding.
