Bio (Jeremy Walden)

Jeremy Walden advises and assists organizations of various sizes and stages of development on corporate commercial and other legal related matters. He works with a range of clients from technology companies to real estate developers, as well as governmental organizations. Walden is a regular presenter to groups and clients on various business law topics such as corporate commercial, real estate and employment law.
Walden is a lawyer with Cox Taylor in Victoria. He was formerly in-house legal counsel to the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia and has significant experience in real estate and land title matters. Prior to his law career, Walden worked as a senior advisor and chief of staff to several provincial government cabinet ministers. He is also a board member of the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia.
Walden holds a Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Calgary Faculty of Law (2011). During this time, he also attended the University of British Columbia Peter A. Allard School of Law as a visiting student. Walden also holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria Faculty of Business (2003), now the Peter B. Gustavson School of Business.
