Executive Education

Jennifer Wah’s primary expertise lies in the area of storytelling, and she is a sought-after speaker and workshop presenter on this topic. Wah is an active volunteer in her professional association, and has served in many local, national and international roles, including chairing the international Gold Quill Awards and the annual world conference for the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC). She was involved in the development and delivery of an executive accreditation program in partnership with Royal Roads University, and currently serves as past chair of accreditation for the International Association of Business Communicators. Wah is very active on social media networks, and spends other non-work time reading, cooking or with her two children.

 

Experience

Wah has worked as a corporate communicator and a consultant in roles including strategic communication planning, business writing and editing, media/stakeholder/community relations and creative direction. She incorporated Forwords Communication Inc. in 1997, and consults, coaches and implements for a range of clients in the health care, academic, resource-based, government and hospitality sectors. She regularly delivers workshops and seminars on business writing and storytelling, and is a published author.
