As a coach, speaker and consultant, Beth Page works with individuals and organizations to leverage the value of the human dimension in change. Prior to founding her own company, she worked as an internal consultant in organization development and human resources positions with such firms as JDS Uniphase, Export Development Canada and OmniMark Technologies Corporation. Her hobbies include spending time with her two dogs, playing the harp, backpacking and hiking around Vancouver Island, and kayaking.
As the founder of Dream Catcher Consulting, she has worked with many public and private sector organizations, including The Children’s Hospital, Many Rivers, City of Victoria, Family Military Resource Centre and the BC Public Service Agency. Her client work is dedicated to coaching, consulting, and leading learning in the areas of Change Leadership and Emotional Intelligence. She is the author of Change Happens and Done Deal: Your Guide to Merger and Acquisition Integration. She is a contributing author to the Canadian best-seller, Awakening the Workplace and she contributed a co-authored book chapter to Leading with Spirit, Presence, and Authenticity available in 2014.
She holds a PhD from University of Victoria (2016), a Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) degree from Pepperdine University, as well as a Master of Science in College Student Personnel from Western Illinois University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Carleton University. She’s also certified as an Emotional Intelligence Coach (EQ in Action). Her doctoral research explored the role that values play in sustaining leadership in times of challenge.
