Beth Allen endeavours to create a world where hearts are full, minds are rich and kindness and possibility prevail. She is fascinated by ideas and figuring out how to arrange all of the pieces of organizational development (OD) puzzles for the greatest maximization and sustainability of peoples’ passion and an organization’s resources. Challenging peoples’ thinking and being challenged in a supportive environment to generate learning and insight is of particular interest to Allen. As a collector of all kinds of information, she enjoys weaving a broad range of topics and techniques into her design process.
