Bio (Anne Schultz)
Anne Schultz has two practice areas. Firstly, she assists organizations in designing executive leadership development programs. Secondly, as a facilitator of learning, Schultz focuses on strategies for enhancing ethical leadership, ethical thinking and cultural systems that promote innovative practices. While Schultz started her career in the banking industry, her 28-plus years of experience encompasses senior management, human resource development, labour management relations and change and transition management with the Canadian Coast Guard, the Department of National Defense and various federal and provincial governments. She has been director of leadership programs at Royal Roads and a partner with Greenfield Partners since 1996.
Schultz consults to health authorities, government and business in business thinking. She has tutored in creativity and innovation in the MBA program at the Open University England, been a coach for Microsoft Corporation and consultant to telecommunications companies. Her international experience includes a CIDA/IPAC project in the Philippines and a training advisor for the implementation of an online registry with U.S. AID, the Ministry of Justice and the Association of Ukrainian Banks in Kiev.
Schultz holds a bachelor and master’s degree in education from Acadia University. She is certified in the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrumentation, Six Thinking Hats and Creativity and Lateral Thinking. Schultz is a member of the NeuroLeadership Institute and the Royal Roads University Ethics Board.
