Customized Leadership Development Programs
Custom leadership development programs are specifically tailored to suit the needs of your organization. They can be designed and delivered in a modular format and are from one day in length to two weeks or longer at a location of your choice or on site at Royal Roads University.
Our programs emphasize emergence and participative learning to develop leadership talent and abilities. Online learning components can also be integrated. Typically, our custom programs focus on one or more objectives:
- Improve specific skills, competencies and capabilities of the organization's current and next generation of leaders;
- Lead an organizational change initiative;
- Launch a new division or organization with a common vision and a leadership strategy; or
- Work through a Leadership Challenge™ in your organization.
