A Vancouver human resources professional and executive coach has been appointed by the provincial government to the Royal Roads University Board of Governors for a one-year term, effective October 30, 2015.
Manpreet Dhillon is the founder and principal of a consulting firm specializing in executive and team coaching and customized leadership training with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion. She is also the co-founder of Be Your Own Best Friend, a South Asian women's network.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Open University/B.C. Institute of Technology (2002) and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix (2007).
“Manpreet’s experience of addressing the cultural impacts of leadership decisions is a welcome asset to the Board,” says Chancellor Wayne Strandlund.
