Malisius explains the first step toward resolving a dispute with a neighbour over noise should involve directly telling the neighbour how you’ve been affected by the disruption.
“Just having that opportunity to hear the other side, usually, neighbours are very open to that. If you do file a complaint, that already escalates it,” says Malisius.
