School of Leadership Studies associate faculty member and Continuing Studies instructor Dr. Paul Mohapel was interviewed on C-FAX radio’s The Drive with Terry Moore Feb. 22.

Mohapel talks about how distracted, and in some cases, addicted we are to technology, with the average Canadian spending one third of their leisure time online.

“The estimates are that 20 per cent of the young generation would meet the criteria to be diagnosed for Internet addiction disorder, and for adults it’s around 16 to 17 per cent of the typical adult population,” Mohapel says.
