School of Humanitarian Studies Prof. Kenneth Christie was interviewed by Adam Stirling on CFAX Radio about the connection between the recent Quebec City mosque shooting and President Donald Trump’s U.S. travel ban.

Here is an excerpt:

“What these restrictions do is put people in fear of their religion and then fear of being able to express themselves religiously,” says Christie.

“Is it a terrorist attack? I'm not 100 percent sure because terrorist attacks are generally politically motivated or ideologically motivated. I think this person might be another example of a lone wolf acting.”
