His area of research covers the ways in which businesses are able to use IT tools to reduce the risk consumers experience in buying on the web.

Glover has consulted on implementation and management of information technology for such clients as BC Hydro, the United States Postal Service and the agricultural biotechnology firm Monsanto. He has also worked on high tech improvement for such companies as BC Gas, Canada Post and the Richmond Hospital. Glover has been a certified management consultant for more than 15 years and has served on the board of the Canadian Association of Management Consultants in British Columbia.
