Don Prescott spent a decade working in the public sector before making the move to the private sector where he was involved in the creation, operation and management of an international trading company conducting business between North America and China.

Before coming to Royal Roads, Prescott developed and taught graduate level international business courses at City University in Vancouver and taught undergraduate courses at Camosun College in Victoria. He has been associated with Royal Roads since 2003 and became a full-time faculty member in 2006.
