Amy Zidulka, MA - Faculty of Management

Since joining Royal Roads University in 2001, Amy Zidulka has collaborated with colleagues to integrate communication skills into the Faculty of Management curriculum.

She recently chaired a curriculum review for the MBA program examining trends in business education.

Since 2003, Zidulka has collaborated with Laura Rittenhouse, President of andBEYOND Communications in New York to demonstrate a link between language business leaders use and financial results of the companies they represent in public.

As co-coach of the RRU undergraduate business case competition team, she helped learners earn first place at two national competitions in 2004 and 2005. Zidulka is an accredited instructional facilitator and leads workshops to help new faculty develop their teaching skills.

Zidulka is also a painter of watercolours with a focus on commercial fishing boats in Alaska and is at work on a book about Alaskan fishing communities.
