Program Structure

This two-year program is comprised of one two-week on-campus residency (mandatory) combined with distance learning.  In recognition of the school year and the resulting limited window of opportunity for students to attend a residency, the residency will take place during the last two weeks of July or the first two weeks of August.

The MA in Educational Leadership progrm culminates with an applied research project that will enable students to integrate the skills and knowledge gained in the previous coursework in the examination of a real-world issue of significance to the advancement of school improvement theory and practice.
