Who it’s for
This program will be of interest to people who are active in, or aspire to, roles as managers, negotiators, facilitators, and consultants where group conflicts are often an inherent part of the environment. These elements are frequently encountered in roles with regulatory/control, and/or policy implementation responsibilities, and in those roles that require a person to deal with various individuals and/or groups that have competing interests.
Graduates are prepared to lead change as foreign service and military officers, government managers, international NGO staff, HR managers, teachers and school administrators, peace officers, community development workers, youth advocates, mediators, and negotiators.
Individuals who have completed the MA in Conflict and Analysis Management program include peace officers, members of the legal community, ombudspersons, community development workers, foreign service and military personnel, public relations and communications managers, provincial and federal government employees, consultants, labour leaders and human resource managers.
