By emphasizing the international as well as domestic dimensions of alternative dispute resolution, professionals will be able to develop and apply innovative, multiparty solutions to various group conflict settings.

Organizations will benefit from skilled negotiators who can resolve conflicts, forge agreements and strengthen relationships in the workplace and with external stakeholders.
