Join us February 22 for a free half-day workshop exploring the concepts of vision, values and culture, to be followed by a networking opportunity.

Vision, values and culture play a critical role in every organization. These components essentially answer the questions, “How do we operate, and why?”. In this session, we will explore how these key foundations can be designed, strengthened and nudged in order to increase collaboration and foster high performing teams.

Upon completion of this workshop, participants will be equipped to:

  • Speak to a shared vision
  • Articulate their required values
  • Translate these values into daily life through four main lenses that build culture
  • Understand the importance of shared values when working with others
  • Understand how vision, values and culture relate to brand

This workshop will be hosted by Charity Joy:
