Undergraduate Student “Water” Essay Contest
The Canadian Water Research Society is accepting applications for their Undergraduate Student Water Essay Contest.
Students are encouraged to submit an original essay on any aspect of water in western Canada that captures their imagination or interest. Policy and discussion-oriented essays rather than purely data-oriented submissions are encouraged as are essays written in a clear and easy-to-read style making them readily accessible to a non-technical or non-academic reader.
Who Can Enter: Undergraduate students enrolled in (or just completing) a degree, diploma or certificate program at an accredited post-secondary institution in British Columbia or Alberta.
Prizes: First prize: $2000; Second prize: $1000; Third prize: $500
