Royal Roads University students in the normal course of their program may apply to borrow from their RRSPs tax-free through the Lifelong Learning Plan.
Step 1: Request a Confirmation of Enrolment letter from the Office of the Registrar
Step 2: Meet with a representative of the financial institution that holds the RRSP
