Invoicing and Payment Information
Payment schedules, payment amounts and due dates are available here.
|
Tuition and ancillary fees are assessed on a quarterly basis. The amount owing for each fiscal quarter (installment) will be charged to your student account online one month before the due date.
Students will be emailed quarterly invoices to the email address we have on record. It is the student’s responsibility to update their email addresses. You will receive an invoice for courses as they are billed, even if you have paid your year in full or made an advance payment.
Tuition and ancillary fees are quoted in Canadian dollars. The tuition deposit is required at acceptance into the program and will be applied to the student’s first tuition amount due. Late registrants will be required to pay the tuition deposit and the applicable tuition and ancillary fees upon acceptance into the program. All ancillary fees are non-refundable.
A complete list of tuition and ancilliary fees is listed here.
Payment Options and Due Dates
Students have the option to pay the year-in-full or pay tuition by installments (as invoiced to their student account). If a student elects to pay tuition in installments, an installment fee will be applied.
Graduate, Undergraduate and Diploma Programs
The first tuition installment only, is due and payable 2 weeks prior to the start date of the program.
All other installments will become due on the quarterly payment due dates for tuition and fees. The quarterly due dates are March 1, June 1, September 1 and December 1 each year.*
