Jeffrey Glenn joins the Student Success team
Jeffrey Glenn is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors. He holds a master's degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Victoria.
Jeff believes that therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery. He promotes behavioural transformation by creating a safe and empowering environment that supports the expression of genuine thoughts and feelings. He has a passion for supporting clients to break free from their negative self-perceptions and invalidating narratives to honor their authentic selves and reach their true potential. He has worked with a variety of issues including (but not limited to): anxiety; depression; anger (emotion) management; self-esteem and self-worth; grief and loss; boundaries and assertiveness (communication); and life stage or transitional challenges (retirement or separation/divorce support)Jeff spent many years early in his career working within the correctional and parole systems with both male and female offenders. In recent years his focus has been working with clients from an employee assistance program.
