BUSA514: Understanding Organizations Through People

Course Description

Explores the nature of organizations through the perspectives of individuals, groups, organizations and society at large. Focuses on selected key issues in Organizational Behavior including: • Individual and organization values • Employee attitudes and behaviors • Ethical decision-making • Interpersonal and team conflict and management • Diversity and workplace tensions • Balance and resilience. Establishes a solid foundation for understanding the key aspects of the organizational context that can be drawn upon in other courses in the MBA curriculum.
