Course Description:

ENVR 550: Provides an overview of both natural and social science methods and techniques that apply directly to preparing and completing the Master's thesis, as well as professional assignments following graduation. Exposes students to diverse applied research methods within a sustainable development context. An explicit objective of this course is the formulation of the thesis research question, abstract and research proposal outline in preparation for the poster presentation that takes place during the second residency. (3 credits)
