Course Description:
CAMN 692*: Provides students with the analytical, reflective and practical techniques and instruments to analyze, design and manage conflict intervention processes effectively. This professional level course will provide students with an opportunity to develop the skills needed to manage complex inter-group and intra-group conflict situations using practical and applied methods.. This course provides direct experiential learning in skills required to engage conflicting parties in the design and management of a conflict process. This includes mediation, dialogue and negotiation and drafting agreements. .(6 credits)
*pre-requisites: Must have completed all first year courses and second year residency courses.(6 credits)
