The Leadership Experience

Course Description:

IHMN 354: Examines the models, frameworks and practices associated with effective leadership in the hospitality industry, allowing students to apply their learning to their personal leadership development. The course will deal with recognizing and developing core competencies for leadership with emphasis placed on modern thought and practice related to the alignment of leadership with an organization’s strategic mandate.  (3 credits)
