Leadership and Management for Environmental Practitioners

Course Description:

ENVP 426: The fundamentals of modern supervision, management, and ethics are explored. Emphasis is placed on the manager as the "leader" who sets broad organizational objectives, as well as the environmental manager’s role in strategic planning, decision making, setting goals, and establishing organization norms.         (3 credits)
