International Hospitality Internship

Course Description:

IHMN 490B*: Develops and demonstrates a variety of hospitality industry management competencies agreed to within a customized learning contract framework established between the student, the employer, and the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management. During the internship, students will complete a series of assignments designed for reflection on the internship experience. (6 credits)
