Course Description:

HRMN 500: Focuses on mindful approaches to collaboration and bringing HR management processes to the forefront of strategic organizational development initiatives. Students will explore the challenges and prospects of developing learning organizations and gain a better understanding of emerging perspectives of effective HR strategies. (3 credits)
