Course Description:

IHMN 320: Develops financial skills that will be used in IHMN 420 Revenue and Yield Management. Students develop financial models for predicting corporate funding requirements, as applied in the hotel industry. Time value of money concepts are used to develop a conceptual framework for the analysis of capital projects. (3 credits)
