Change: Beyond the Boundaries of the Decision

Course Description:

BUSA 608:  Focuses on the practical challenges of implementing organizational change. The course addresses selected change frameworks and provides learners with a variety of implementation approaches. The basis of exploration will comprise issues such as resistance to change, organizational culture, human resource management processes, measurement of change progress, ethical considerations and organizational politics. Additionally, the course will deal with recognizing and managing personal orientations toward and reactions to change.(3 credits)
