Capacity Building: Applied Field Skills

Course Description:

HSPB 615*: Provides experiential learning related to leadership, management, extension, and facilitation capabilities aimed at enhancing the diagnosis, planning, organization, human resource development, decision-making, coordination, and accountability of development and post-conflict reconstruction activities. Examines the relationship between policy and program planning and implementation in action; offers capstone experience at overseas location to be determined annually. Expenses must be covered by student.  (3 credits)
