Contract Training

Flatter work structures mean doing more with less (less people, less resources, and particularly, less time) and yet the velocity of our work does not slow to allow for most of us to keep up with emerging technologies, develop strategic and reflective thinking skills, and build on our existing knowledge bases and skill sets. An investment in continued learning and training yields high returns in productivity, satisfaction and commitment. Now, more than ever, it is critically important for progressive organizations to support lifelong learning with timely and relevant programming.

Continuing Studies has a wide array of Contract Training opportunities starting with over 270 courses in our 2009-2010 calendar. Choose a course or series of courses to be delivered, either here at the beautiful RRU campus in Colwood or if you prefer, at your location. Or let us customize a program that is carefully designed to focus on competencies in areas such as leadership, performance, and planning, critical thinking, relationship and team-building, social and environmental responsibility to name a few, that most closely align with your organization's professional development needs and growth.

Whether it is to upgrade skills, earn new qualifications, keep competencies current, maintain professional standing, satisfy mandatory accreditation requirements, and/or enhance personal growth and broaden perspectives, Continuing Studies can help! We are nimble and at the ready to meet your organizational learning needs.
