Who it’s for

This program will be of most interest to people who are active in roles where situations of group conflicts are an inherent part of the environment. These elements are frequently encountered in roles with regulatory/control responsibilities, and in those roles that require the person to deal with various individuals and/or groups that have competing interests.

Individuals who have completed our program include peace officers, members of the legal community, ombudspersons, community development workers, foreign service and military personnel, as well as public relations and communications managers, provincial and federal government employees, consultants, labour leaders and human resource managers.
