If you update your contact information using the form on this page by May 4, 2026, you’ll be entered into a random prize draw to win a $1,000 travel voucher draw. If you refer this contact form to additional RRU alumni and they enter your name and email address as the referrer, your name will be entered into the referral draw to win an additional $500 travel voucher draw.
How many times can I enter?
Each individual is eligible for one (1) entry into the primary draw upon completing the form.
Participants may receive multiple entries into the referral draw — one (1) additional entry for each eligible alum they successfully refer who completes the contact update form and identifies the referrer as required.
The primary draw and the referral draw are separate, and distinct winners will be selected for each. Please refer to the full Terms and Conditions for complete details. terms and conditions.
The draw is open to eligible RRU alumni who are the age of majority in their province/territory. Alumni are defined as those who have completed a for-credit program at Royal Roads University. Please note: For-credit programs include doctorates, master's, bachelor's, graduate diplomas and graduate certificates. Who is not eligible? RRU employees (and anyone involved in running the draw) are not eligible to win.
The draw begins March 3, 2026 and runs until May 4, 2026. The winners for each prize will be contacted by June 1, 2026.
All alumni who update their contact info by May 4, 2026 using the form provided stand a chance of winning one (1) $1,000 travel voucher. All alumni who are named as a referrer in a fellow alum’s completed form stand a chance of winning one (1) $500 travel voucher.
We will contact the selected winner by email using the address provided in the form or on file. We’ll make up to three (3) email attempts within 10 business days. If the selected winner doesn’t respond within the time period stated in these terms and conditions, or is not eligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
Yes. Winners must correctly answer a skill-testing question to be declared a winner. A skill testing question might look like this: (18 − 4) × 3 + 5 = ?
MyAdmin is your homebase for official transcript requests, your statement of grades, application to attend convocation and contact information updates. While your RRU course account will expire after you complete your course, your MyAdmin account will not.
