Walter has faced enormous challenges. He grew up during and survived a war, and experienced days of homelessness and poverty in three countries on his way to Canada. He was also diagnosed with severe Adult ADHD & Dyslexia. 

Walter was a proud civil servant working for the Canadian federal government for ten years in various capacities, including tax policy and analysis. 

He is an MBA graduate, recipient of the MBA entrance scholarship at CBU and class salutatorian (second only to the valedictorian).

Walter is a doctoral student in social sciences at RRU and a recipient of the Doctoral Entrance Scholarship and the prestigious BC graduate scholarship. 

He is the creator and volunteer of a YouTube channel, which motivates people with learning disabilities and highlights the virtues of democracy. To date, the channel has inspired and reached more than 250,000 viewers around the world. 

Walter is also a speaker at Global Ed Talks, reaching thousands of students around the world with respect to ADHD awareness. He inspires those suffering from disabilities to pursue their dreams.
