Victoria Walker is the Assistant to the Associate Dean for Tourism and External Relations in the Faculty of Management, and also assistant to the Director of the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management.

Born in England, she obtained a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Immunology at University College London. Having been a university student, Victoria has a special appreciation of the importance and critical role that support staff play in assisting students, and ensuring they have a positive learning experience.

Prior to Royal Roads University, Victoria worked as an editor for a publishing house in London, England and an executive assistant at Aston University, England. She immigrated to Canada in 2003 where she worked in the Project Management department for a Clinical Research Organization for several years.

An adept traveler, Victoria has travelled through France, Spain, The Canary Islands, and Australia. She is now enjoying exploring Western Canada and the United States. On July 1, 2007, Victoria became a Canadian citizen and is proud to be working at Royal Roads University, and equally proud to call Canada her home.
