Anne Schultz, B.A., B.Ed., M.Ed.
Anne Schultz brings extensive experience in helping organizations use creative and innovative processes to meet their challenges and opportunities. While Anne started her career in the banking industry, her 28+ years of experience encompasses senior management, human resource development, labour management relations and change and transition management with the Canadian Coast Guard, the Department of National Defense and various federal and provincial governments. Anne has consulted extensively to business and industry in the area business thinking. Her most recent position was the Director of the Master of Arts in Leadership Program at Royal Roads University. Anne has tutored in creativity and innovation in the MBA program at the Open University England, been a coach for Microsoft Corporation, and consults to several telecommunications businesses. She continues as an Associate Faculty member in the Master of Arts in Leadership at Royal Roads University.

Her international experience includes participating in a CIDA/IPAC project in South East Asia and as a training advisor for the implementation of an on-line registry with U.S. AID, the Ministry of Justice and the Association of Ukrainian Banks in Kiev.

As a facilitator of learning Anne focuses on strategies for building learning organizations, the business of thinking, systems thinking, creativity and innovation. Anne has been a Partner with Greenfield Partners since 1996.
