Peter Norman has acted as Regional Coordinator (Field Services Team, Ministry of Education) for South Vancouver Island, as well as Director of Project Development for the Faculty of Education at Simon Fraser University. He works with school districts and educational organizations on professional development programs for teachers and administrators. Peter also presents at provincial and national conferences and consults with a variety of agencies on self-directed learning, staff development, organizational renewal and leadership.

Peter is an exceptionally skilled public speaker and presenter who uses humour and theatre to communicate with his audience. He is in constant demand as a workshop facilitator. Peter has also written numerous books and articles for publication.
