From her spectacular mountain top retreat overlooking the Pacific Ocean just outside of Vancouver, B.C. Canada, Alison coaches senior executives, professionals and entrepreneurs from all over the world. She is absolutely passionate about the power and value of coaching.

In June of 1996 Alison began her Coaching career. In just under two years she attracted an international clientele made up of professionals, executives and entrepreneurs. In January 2000 she achieved the Master Certified Coach designation (the most rigorous in the coaching profession) from the International Coach Federation.

In her former role as Vice President of Global Business Development for Coach U and Corporate Coach U, she contributed largely to the growth of the coaching profession and had the opportunity of speaking and training coaches worldwide. She is currently the Director of Training and Faculty for the Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching at Royal Roads University and Charter Faculty for the University of Texas at Dallas Certificate in Executive Coaching Program.

As an entrepreneur, Alison has successfully created several businesses from restaurants to multi million dollar real estate developments. In the corporate arena she has taken leadership positions from management to executive levels. Alison's eclectic background brings a full set of strengths including business startup and development, leadership, strategic thinking, and an authentic frankness coupled with warmth and compassion.

As a first step in developing Coaching as a competency, she created a Coaching Skills Development Program for leaders and managers. Her program “Coaching Out of the Box ©” has been delivered to organizations throughout the United States and Canada including Royal Roads University and the University of Texas.
